I’m a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s degree in Couples, Marriage, and Family Counseling from Portland State University and a Bachelors in Psychology from Ohio University. I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues, infidelity, parenting issues, trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. I have done post-graduate trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Somatic therapy. I use an integrated approach to meet the needs each person and their specific challenges. I affirm all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship styles.

My mission

I believe in the potential for each of us to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I believe relationships are essential in forming who we are, and they offer us one of the greatest opportunities for growth.  Through counseling, we have the opportunity to work on creating our best lives, grounded in personal wellbeing and fueled by healthy relationships.

My mission is to collaborate with and empower clients to achieve their goals and the relationships they desire. I work with individuals and couples to develop the skills they need to be their authentic selves while experiencing deep connections with the people around them. In addition to my training in counseling, I use my background in mindbody philosophy to help clients find balance, ease, and integration in all aspects of who they are, and aspire to be.

My journey

I’ve always been interested in human nature and relationships. For me, every day is an opportunity to discover more about how we learn, how we grow, and how we can create the life we desire.

Before starting my career as a therapist, I studied and taught yoga in the Pacific Northwest for 15 years. My experiences as a student of yoga, as a counselor, and in everyday life have given me a deep respect for the universality of our human struggle and our striving towards wellness, happiness, and peace. I’ve realized how profound it can be to have someone help us navigate the difficult times, to see what we can’t see, and to help us grow in ways we don’t think are possible.

Today, it’s my privilege to be a part that — helping people find their way towards wholeness and happiness.
